We are a boutique event planning company based out of Los Angeles.

Our creative insight and passion for parties is unmatched. However, it's our organizational skills, commitment to excellence, and fair prices that truly sets us apart from the competition.

We happily provide our services throughout the entire state of California and beyond.

Our sole mission is to execute our clients' vision while always keeping the planning process fun and stress free.

And just in case you were curious, HILA is an acronym for Homemade In LA.

 

 

get to know the owner

Rania was born, raised, and still resides in LA.  

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Screenwriting and a minor in Theatre Arts from Loyola Marymount University.

Rania has worked professionally in the entertainment industry since 2010.

Organization and creativity run through her DNA.

After Rania's friends and family insisted that she officially take her talents to event planning, HILA Events was born.

--- FUN FACTS ---

 Rania has been a Maid of Honor three times and a Bridesmaid twice so she is no stranger to every aspect of navigating a wedding. 

She loves brunch and a nice glass of wine enjoyed outside.  

A sharp pair of scissors, pretty card stock, and quality pens bring a huge smile to her face. 

She backpacked around Costa Rica at the age of 23.

If Rania's not too busy planning your upcoming event - you can typically find her discovering the next best happy hour, cooking up a storm for loved ones, coordinating an adventure filled trip, or plopped on the couch watching an embarrassing amount of television.
