Praise

Let me first say that my wedding was two+ years in the making! My [then] fiancé and I got engaged in February 2020 and immediately sought Rania's expertise. Little did we know that COVID was going to put a huge wrench in all of our initial plans. Fortunately, Rania stuck along for the ride and navigated the entire process with us. Our wedding was a raving success and even better than what we could have imagined! Rania is the real deal.

My husband and I were very anxious about the planning process because we were working overseas while trying to plan a California wedding. Rania made the whole experience straightforward, digestible, and less overwhelming. Her first objectives were finding out what was most important to us, solidifying our budget, and finding a venue. She provided so many great wedding locations but nothing could be viewed in person. Sensing my early disappointment (as I'm the type of person that needs to experience the energy of a place), she focused our planning on tasks that were less intimidating, until we could tour venues in person again. From the very beginning she built a timeline that took into account our wants, needs, ever changing budget, and our very hectic schedules. It included a ton of research based on our conversations and an amazing vendor rolodex that allowed us to pivot quickly when any issues arose. I was very much an "anti-bride" and had no real direction of what I wanted, but through her framework, I was better able to pinpoint my aesthetic for each ceremony. And in the end, she found the most perfect venue for us!

Along the way we threw so many unintentional wrenches into the wedding plan. Did I mention that we found out we were expecting in the middle of the planning process? Did I also mention that we turned our one-day event into a huge two-day Nigerian cultural wedding experience? Rania was always so gracious and professional through all of the crazy curveballs.

Long story short, our wedding weekend was a huge success because of her, but let me focus on all of the things that make Rania so amazing.

She is beyond thoughtful, organized, and extremely professional and makes it feel like you are planning your wedding with one of your dearest girlfriends. She has solutions and action plans for any and all unexpected situations. Example: Rania easily rescheduled our engagement shoot twice as I couldn't fly due to pregnancy and even suggested that we turn the occasion into a maternity shoot. She has the innate ability to help focus your ideas, provide input and suggestions without imprinting her personal preferences onto her clients, and keep your budget in mind. With limited time stateside, she was very accommodating to our availability and made succinct use of our visits to California to get the most done, without tiring out this pregnant mama. Rania listened and listened some more! She left no detail unanswered. She has such a keen eye for design! We received compliments on our wedding website down to our invitations and signs!

By the weekend of our wedding, we were able to focus on enjoying our day. Rania's coordination with vendors was impeccable! She made the catering and venue staff feel like part of the larger team. Rania pulled everyone in to ensure our day was executed as seamlessly as possible. She thought of and got all the little details right, the things that make or break an event. If issues were occurring, I never realized it.

I had so many girlfriends express frustration regarding their planner due to lack of communication and responsiveness. Time and again my husband and I would sing her praises and call Rania to thank her for being our guiding light. She gives her all from start to finish.

If you are looking for someone who will be your keen guide, advocate, and cheerleader, working with Rania to execute your dream wedding is a no brainer. We owe so much to her.

Rania was a great coordinator! We were already friends prior to bringing her aboard to coordinate our wedding day, but her professionalism and communication was assurance that we weren’t just getting special treatment; she’s actually great at what she does.

The attention to detail with scheduling and vendor inquiries even caught the attention of my already very detail-oriented now-wife! Her balance between making sure everything ran smoothly and continuously checking in on us definitely impressed us. She kept in contact with us even while she was out of town and kept a very thorough set of notes that she surely studied throughout the process, which just helped her work efficiently.

Rania is also a very personable person. She’s friendly, kind, and a great conversationalist. Her packages are all affordable. She has high expectations for the vendors which we loved, and held them accountable for each of their roles.

When the actual wedding came, we were not interrupted whatsoever by any family members or vendors. Rania and her assistant were prepared the whole day!

She was also very kind enough to hold a few things for us after the wedding. She personally delivered it to our family the day after. She definitely went beyond what we expected.

We would recommend her to everyone!!!

Rania is an angel who may just save your wedding life as she did ours.

We thought we had everything all figured out. Cue Rania, who exposed our supposedly airtight plan as riddled with uncertainties and helpless shrugs. We were a mess and we had no clue we were.

Not only did she seriously help us focus on and deliver a realistic plan for our wedding (with no room for surprises), she came up with great ideas and strategies that were easy to execute.

I (the bride) am really freaked out by confrontation, and I have this weird habit of apologizing to people I am paying when I ask for something, but Rania was a warrior who stood up for me every step of the way and ultimately helped my husband and I save SO much money and time.

We got sort of a late start on our planning, but Rania wasn't fazed by our delay and I am now thoroughly convinced that without her I may have had a meltdown and ended up single on a one-way boat to insanity.

Also, Rania should raise her prices, because you guys, her services are ridic affordable!

When I started planning my wedding I was completely lost. Never could I have imagined how much goes into the entire process. When I attended a friend’s wedding, Rania happened to be sitting next to me and mentioned she had started planning weddings. I contacted her for details afterwards and she responded immediately with all of the information I requested. I hired Rania and selected the Chardonnay package because by that point I had already booked the venue. I was really looking for someone to coordinate on the day of. However, I definitely received much more support than I ever anticipated.

There were many times when I just wanted to give up on planning the wedding, and Rania would come to save the day with her email check-ups. She would consistently check on my progress in booking vendors and would make recommendations when I needed them. She met with me in person and listed so many detailed items I needed to complete, including things I would have never thought about. For example, she asked if the venue or caterer provided a cake cutter. It seems like such a small detail, that could have led to a disaster if never discussed. We communicated for months via email, since I live in San Francisco, and she was helpful every step of the way. She reviewed everything I sent, made recommendations, and asked all the right questions. Needless to say, I would have been completely lost without her.

Rania’s magic really came to light on my wedding day. She was there before any of the vendors were there. She helped create a timeline for the day and a map of where everything belonged. She communicated with the site manager, who was a little difficult to work with, and each of my vendors as they set up. She only had to ask me a few questions throughout the process, but tried very hard not to bother me at all. She would mostly check-in with me to reassure that everything was falling into place. She also brought snacks and drinks, which was incredibly thoughtful. My wedding just so happened to miraculously fall on the hottest day of the year and she had my bridal suite cooled down prior to my arrival, otherwise I would have been a sweaty mess. During the ceremony, she made sure we adhered to the timeline and communicated with guests to assist with the transitions. Throughout the rest of the night she worked to ensure everything, down to the photography was done in a timely fashion. Most importantly she always checked to see that my husband and I had food and drinks throughout the reception.

Rania not only took care of our wedding, but prioritized our needs as well. I could never imagine having to do what she does, communicating with vendors, following timelines, and making sure we were taken care of all at once. Needless to say she was there until the very end of the night to make sure the final walkthrough went smoothly.

My husband, who is very difficult to impress, could not stop stating how wonderful she was. I cannot thank Rania enough and would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a coordinator that is caring, detailed oriented, and gets down to business when needed.

Rania went above and beyond on all of my wedding signage.

I was absolutely all over the place and unorganized when it came to my wedding, but Rania was so patient and thorough with her work that I never worried for a second about there being a miscommunication between us.

She hand wrote all of my name cards, my welcome sign, my drink menu, and my cake menu- and each was perfectly done. It was so special to see the signs up at my wedding because she made my vision come true with her creativity and attention to detail!

We spoke quite often about what I wanted, and she even went out of her way to help me through other aspects of the wedding (like timelines and my high stress level). It was very reassuring to work with someone accustomed to the wedding world.

All of the signage was finished way before the big day, and Rania never even got annoyed with me when I was changing spellings and adding guest names only days before. She even put the name cards into sections by table number so I wouldn't have to sort anything out.

I couldn't recommend her more- she was a joy and a lifesaver!

My fiancé and I got engaged and wanted to get married within 6 months of our engagement. We had a coordinator in place, but she had to back out last minute. We met with several others but couldn’t find the right fit. We prayed for the right person to come along, and then my sister randomly met Rania at a coffee shop out of the blue. Answer to prayer! Rania and I emailed and talked on the phone. She was so intelligent, helpful, and seemed like the perfect fit. She was flexible with our needs so we hired her. I had a gut feeling she was going to do a great job, but she did amazing!!!!! Rania is seriously a Godsend! She is incredibly kind, sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. She was so professional and always made you feel like family. So important! She knew the right questions to ask and got stuff done. She knows events and the industry. Rania is a go getter and thought of so many things I hadn’t even thought of. She took the load off me for my big day and assisted not only me, but my entire family and our guests. She has incredible attention to detail which really made the event special.

Everything went off without a hitch, and she improvised when needed. I mean every wedding has some fun surprises :) The hugest thing for me was to be able to let go after months of planning. I was given complete peace of mind and able to actually enjoy the day! I’ve heard stories from friends and family about issues from their weddings and day of stress but she took ALL OF IT away! Rania was super communicative the entire process, which is huge! She was quick to respond, provided feedback, and never pushed us. We were able to have our vision for the day, but she exceeded expectation with adding her knowledge and expertise. She is so sweet and amazing. Everyone asks about who helped with our beautiful wedding, and I can’t stop telling friends and family about her. Our entire family and my husband’s family just love her. She helped us beyond words, and I recommend her to anyone getting married or having an event coming up. You will be so glad to have her!!

I was incredibly happy with the services provided by Rania. She is extremely professional and objective which was so important as she helped organize my big, fat, interfaith wedding and all the personalities and opinions that came with it. From the moment we brought on Rania to take the lead on our wedding signage, we knew we were going to be taken care of. She listened carefully to my vision and brainstormed with me on colors, patterns, paper sizing, and even the amount of glitter to incorporate.

Two months before the wedding, Rania brought me to a specialty stationary store where she immediately went to work on pulling samples of paper which I’d never thought to use, pen options, and various ribbon all while keeping my budget in mind. The process was incredibly helpful because Rania was not only creating my rehearsal dinner table cards but my wedding table numbers, escort cards, and a variety of chalkboard signs.

Come wedding day, I was in awe of how gorgeous everything turned out. Rania did such a beautiful job on our wedding decor by creating such enchanting pieces.
